I’m kind of torn on this because the product itself is fine, but the lid drives me crazy. It seems to trap gunk in all the little spots, and no matter how much I rinse or scrub, it feels like it takes forever to get fully clean. I wanted to like it more, but cleaning it has become a hassle.

I bought this thinking it would be totally fine to toss in my bag, but it’s leaked around the lid twice now. I literally checked the cap and the gasket to make sure everything was in place, and it still happened. It ended up making a mess on my notebook, so yeah, I’m disappointed

I bought this thinking it would be something I could easily take with me, but it’s more awkward than I expected. Like I said, I was hoping for portable, but it takes up more room than I thought and just isn’t that comfortable to carry around. It might be totally fine if you’re leaving it in one place, but like I said, for travel or carrying it every day, it’s not really ideal. I got frustrated with it quickly.

I tried placing an order on takeyausa.com, and right away something just felt off. The checkout page kept acting strange, and I had this gut feeling my order might not actually be going through, which made the whole thing kind of stressful.

I ended up having to retry, and it felt like way more effort than a simple order should take. Not the best first impression, and it made me a little hesitant to order again

It kind of just doesn’t sit right in my cup holder and keeps falling out pretty much every time I use it.

This was way smaller than I thought it would be. Like, barely fits what they say it should. Kind of disappointing...

I bought this from takeyausa.com i liked it when it first arrived. It looked good and worked fine for the first few uses. Unfortunately, it started falling apart quickly after that, which was really disappointing. I was hoping it would hold up better for the price. It had potential, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I was hoping this would keep my drink hot for a while, but it cooled down really quickly. The insulation just didn’t seem to work like I expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with theirs?

The lid is what ruins this for me. It never feels like it’s sitting on tightly, and I don’t have the patience to keep checking it every time before putting it in my bag.

For the price, I expected it to close properly without being such a pain. It’s annoying to deal with day after day, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

I feel a little silly saying this, but I can’t get past the weird metal taste. Even plain water tastes off, and if I use it for coffee, the smell sticks around for days. I kept thinking maybe I was just being picky, but it’s noticeable

I only needed one small replacement part, but there was apparently nothing available. The wording made it seem like parts would be easy to get, so that was misleading and frustrating. Annoying tbh

I really liked the bottle at first, so I figured getting help with a warranty issue wouldn’t be a big deal, but honestly... it was just frustrating. It took way too long to get a response, and when they did reply, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. Kind of felt like they were dancing around it instead of just helping or replacing it. Maybe I expected too much, I don’t know, but the whole thing left a bad taste. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

The design just feels kind of old to me. On my phone it looks a little all over the place, like the layout isn’t cleaned up very well. It works, I guess, but it doesn’t feel modern or nice to use.

Customer service was frustrating. It took a while to get any help, and when I finally did, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to solve the issue. Just not a great experience overall.
